Democratic socialism

Is Democratic Socialism different from Socialism Socialism? Really? Many people add the word "Democratic" to the word socialism to seem like it is a different idea.
If there is a vote then it doesn't change what it is or what it does or it changes if it is good or not.
Here is a couple of example of the previous statement is Hamas. Hamas was democratically elected as the government in Gaza- despite the fact the destruction of Israel and the destruction of all Jews are in their charter.
And Robert Mugabe was democratically elected in Zimbabwe. How is Zimbabwe? Do you want to live there?
Venezuela? Hugo Chavez, some people don't like the idea that people label Chavez as a person that forced his way in power because he was democratically elected as a socialist. How is Venezuela? Do you want to live there? This country is fallen apart and it is a shame because they have many resources. The average person in Venezuela can't afford eggs or other important items in life or it is out of stock.
Let's look at Denmark. Many people want to say that the United States should copy this country's socialism. The population size of Denmark is one sixtieth of the six of the United States.
Here is an interesting fact about the middle-class in that country. They can't afford a car because of 180% new-car tax. And the Prime Minister was angry that Americans pointed to them a beacon for socialist success that he wanted to says this, "I would like to make one thing clear- Denmark is far from a socialist planned economy; Denmark is market economy."
Let's look at Sweden. The founder of Ikea moved from Sweden because of the high tax rates of that country. We need to look at their economy as strong for a global world economy, I don't think so.
The greatest enemy of socialism is reality. This is the reality.
The reality is that human nature will pull certain people toward individualism and success and others with laziness and collectivism. The tensions between the makers and the takers always leads to socialism collapse. But the idea is always popular with some people groups.
Some think socialism is better than the evil capitalism of the west.  People that like the idea that capitalism is evil and greedy so the poor should have their rich money, but let's look at greed.
Greed what's more greedy than wanting to take from someone else something that you haven't earned.
Capitalism is a free-will transaction of money and goods but socialism a forced and steals money from hard working people. The government tax the rich that earned their money and give it to people that didn't earn it.
If the majority of the people get stuff for free and take the money from rich people then the vote will always be for socialism.  So just putting the the word "Democratic" doesn't improve socialism.
