And I have forgotten about the cross
Where You died in my place
I deserve hell but I am heavenward
Lord, I'm sorry for my actions
Take me back into Your arms
Where I can receive forever joy
The illustration of sin blinds the eyes
This spiritual cancer killing my soul
Let me cling to Your Word
Where eternal truth lives
The pain on the cross was for me
You are the key for my salvation
