Netflix and chill

The grind of life begins to kill
We wake up then look pretty
Drive to work or remain on the web

At work there is gossip like on IG
People can be hard to get along with
We put in our hours then go home

The traffic is always heavy
Road-rage is becoming one with soul
You buy a house two hours away

This is modern day common occurrence
No rest for the weary
The human spirit grasping for paradise

A person founds a beautiful spouse
It is a great thing but they are imperfect
Fights can happen which leads to headaches

People have children so increase population
Children disobey which cause issues
The parents sometimes wonder why

Housing cost increasing all around
So people move time zones from their jobs
The week is based on eating and sleeping

Students debt is killing the account
A person have great money flow
But 40 years of payment

I don't have all the answers
Netflix and chill only goes a little stress
We need deeper thought more than that

Should a person be thirsty and get laid?
The problem is that STD's are real
The heart becomes a stone

Should a person smoke the herb or weed?
This will slow down the mind
Drug use will destroy mankind

Money will never buy joy
It may buy first class Uber rude
But you are still looking for answers

I say that the best Netflix and chill
Bow your knee and heart
Submit to the Word or the Bible and Lord

The heavens so declare the glory of God, and proclaim his wisdom, power, and goodness, that all ungodly men are left without excuse. They speak themselves to be works of God's hands; for they must have a Creator who is eternal, infinitely wise, powerful, and good. The counter-changing of day and night is a great proof of the power of God, and calls us to observe, that, as in the kingdom of nature, so in that of providence, he forms the light, and creates the darkness, Isa 45:7, and sets the one against the other. The sun in the firmament is an emblem of the Sun of righteousness, the Bridegroom of the church, and the Light of the world, diffusing Divine light and salvation by his gospel to the nations of the earth. He delights to bless his church, which he has espoused to himself; and his course will be unwearied as that of the sun, till the whole earth is filled with his light and salvation. Let us pray for the time when he shall enlighten, cheer, and make fruitful every nation on earth, with the blessed salvation. They have no speech or language, so some read it, and yet their voice is heard. All people may hear these preachers speak in their own tongue the wonderful works of God. Let us give God the glory of all the comfort and benefit we have by the lights of heaven, still looking above and beyond them to the Sun of righteousness.

What happens when Google disagree with you?

There was a guy that was fired because he wrote that men and women are different. Google didn't like this so they fired a guy.
The political Progressive view point is the main source in Google and the main stream media is that all disparities in society is based on injustice. Google thinks the gender gap in the tech industry is based on sexism. The PC answers is yes. Google agrees with this.
Google will treat women different from guys. They prefer women in promotion. They have only women events for Google and courses like sensitives training "battling sexist bias".
If the reason that the tech industry that men work there more than women and this makes sense to do what Google does.
If men and women are different than sexism is one of many that cause this imbalance and the exclusionary programs and deferential treatment can be counterproductive of sexism.
It can cause issues because people think that Google don't care about the programing ability but only what gender they are. So the idea of the best person is thrown out of the window.
James Damore wrote, "Google's ideological Echo Chamber."
James Damore discovered that all the disparity of men and women workers in the Tech Industry is based on sexism.
He found out that men and women have different goals for their careers and life.   
There is a writing called "Women, Careers, and Work-force Preferences" in the British Journey of Guidance and Counseling.  The authors concluded women want a balance of family and work life and men want to work longer hours.
Richard Lipa of Cal State Fullerton wrote men in general are interested in things and women are more interested in people.
These findings have be repeated many times. Many sources have came up with this idea why that there are more men than women in the Tech Industry. So James Damore didn't make up a story.
Geoffrey Miller, is a Psychologist, said that it is empirical science are scientific accurate.
The issue was that Google didn't agree with James Damore and Geoffrey Miller so the Vice President of Diversity, Integrity and Governance, Danielle Brown, said that James Damore was wrong. She said, "James Damore advanced incorrect assumptions on genders." 
Google CEO, Sundar Pichai, mentioned that James Damore promoted this harmful cancer.
He said, "James Damore crossed the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes."
He finished the statement, "Not okay."
Sundar Pichai fired James and it was to late. The James document was all across the internet.
The main stream media was marking it as an anti-diversity manifesto.
But if the main stream media read the article then they would figured it was pro-diversity.
James Damore had many ideas on getting women to work in the Tech Industry without resorting to counterproductive discrimination. 
Is it funny that Google claims to hire the smartest people and they couldn't handle a well-reasoned argument on this issue based on science.
There is a larger issue. Is Google going to force their views on their employers and their users?
The evidence is sickening. Google will censor their contents to fit their views and they claim to be fair.
Google owns YouTube and restrict a conservative view point and here is an example. PragerU was restricted by Google because they didn't agree with Google so PragerU videos were not allowed on YouTube. There are other people that don't have their political view points that had the same issue with Google.
I agree that Google is an business and can do what they want but billions of people, Google is the only source of information that they have. And people will get their view point from Google.
This makes Google more powerful than the government.
Google needs to follow their saying, "Don't be evil." Google should allow their progressive ideas but also allow conservative view points so people can make up their own minds. Google becomes a thought police. Real learning involves looking a both sides and not just one.

Black Friday

Black Friday has arrived
I understand the idea
We want an good deal

We need Biblical meaning
Not to worship objects
Modern idols could be the I-phone

We can use tablets for God
But are we strong enough
Not have anything over Him?

Remember we don't own money
The owner is the Lord
May we have self-control

Should we be consumers?
The world is all over it
But a higher calling for His people

Nothing wrong with having stuff
And enjoy your new boat
But remember the Boss Jesus

The Rock Music of all

The first words, I will love thee, O Lord, my strength, are the scope and contents of the psalm. Those that truly love God, may triumph in him as their Rock and Refuge, and may with confidence call upon him. It is good for us to observe all the circumstances of a mercy which magnify the power of God and his goodness to us in it. David was a praying man, and God was found a prayer-hearing God. If we pray as he did, we shall speed as he did. God's manifestation of his presence is very fully described, ver. 7-15. Little appeared of man, but much of God, in these deliverances. It is not possible to apply to the history of the son of Jesse those awful, majestic, and stupendous words which are used through this description of the Divine manifestation. Every part of so solemn a scene of terrors tells us, a greater than David is here. God will not only deliver his people out of their troubles in due time, but he will bear them up under their troubles in the mean time. Can we meditate on ver. 18, without directing one thought to Gethsemane and Calvary? Can we forget that it was in the hour of Christ's deepest calamity, when Judas betrayed, when his friends forsook, when the multitude derided him, and the smiles of his Father's love were withheld, that the powers of darkness prevented him? The sorrows of death surrounded him, in his distress he prayed, Heb 5:7. God made the earth to shake and tremble, and the rocks to cleave, and brought him out, in his resurrection, because he delighted in him and in his undertaking.

Psalm 18:1-19
 I love you, Lord, my strength.

Let's talk about Thanksgiving, three words are food, football and oppression?

Let's talk about Thanksgiving, the three words are food, football and oppression? That is what Thanksgiving means to many Americans today.
Seattle Public Schools made a big wave when they said about Thanksgiving, "As a time of mourning and a bitter time of 500 years of betray."
This narrative describes the pilgrims as people that ran-away from being picked on to people that picked on the Indians that lived in the United States at time. That narrative describes the pilgrims depraved the Indians of their lives and land.
This is wrong on every account. Firstly, the pilgrims didn't flea from Europe for religious persecution because they were living in Holland for over 10 years there. Holland was nice to the pilgrims.
The pilgrims adults were afraid that their children would be influenced by the culture of Holland that worshiped materials.
In the year of 1620, they were not running from oppression but they wanted a better culture.
Their mission was for holiness, the idea of fulfilling a fateful mission to build an ideal Christian commonwealth.
They were going to build this commonwealth in 1620 on a island called Manhattan. The issue was the weather so they were blown into a place called Massachusetts.
The pilgrims viewed their voyage as an a demonstrative of Providential Power. They thought this because a scout team on a little boat was picked by a wave and placed on the shore safely.
The land was a great place where no one lived there, a cleared land, a lot of corn and fresh water.
The pilgrims didn't mistreat the Indians but wanted to pay the Indians for the corn that they used but they could not find any Indians to pay.
The Indians there were dying out because of an disease that was killing them before the pilgrims land there.
I will fast forward this history. There were one Indian that was from there and he helped the pilgrims to survive their new place.
The Indian name was called Squanto, he spoke English and he had accepted Jesus in his heart.
He was living at that land before but a heartless Spanish man kidnapped Squanto and took him back to Spain.
He was freed after four years because of monks then he went to England then he went back to his homeland to find that his friend were dead.
Squanto helped the pilgrims get corn and a good trade deal with the most important Indian's chief.
William Bradford called Squanto this, "A special instrument sent of God for their good."
The first Thanksgiving celebration took three days and this was a copy cat of the Jewish feast called the feast of Tabernacle. 
Ninety hungry Indians joined the fifty-three surviving Indians for a feast.
The Englishmen provided corn, fish and turkey. The Indians brought five recently killed deer.
The sport of choice was not football but shooting. The Englishmen and Indians had a love of shooting games.
The pilgrims never built Plymouth as an major colonial. Massachusetts Bay were growing so fast, the people of Plymouth moved to Massachusetts Bay in 1691.
What the pilgrims did was to put this in the mind of the future generation.
They believed the unshakeable confidence that Jesus protected them.
Not to grant special privileges but to impose special responsibility. They saw themselves as instruments and not authors of a mysterious master plan.   
The pilgrims knew that a person can gain more by being thankful instead of guilt.

End all be all

Once lived a man
A bunch of people liked him
He had everything

He was very handsome
So he was giving privileged
So he had many choices

He was very intelligent
He was very good in sports
So praise was heaped on him

He was the star quarterback
He dated the best looking women
He had a perfect GPA

Colleges wanted him
He had a scholarship
He went to Bama

He was a road scholar
He lead his team winning
A four time champion

He was drafted by the NFL
He signed the biggest connect
Great was he

He had women had women hanging of  him
He feel in love with a model
Then he married her

He was given a few kids
He loved children
Blessed his life

But he was missing the big piece
What he trusted was going away
So he awoke with fear

He lost his wife to death
Soon after death to his children
Then he lost his health

A year later on his death bed
Vanity written in his life
He forgotten the Lord

He asked the Lord to saved Him
Jesus heard his prayer
That was great

The moral of the story
It is great to know the Lord
But vanity is life without Him
